Online MS in Business Analytics Program
BusinessAnalytics@Syracuse is the Master of Science in Business Analytics program delivered online by the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. The program helps data-driven thinkers develop or sharpen their abilities to interpret complex data and guide their organizations in making more informed and actionable decisions.
Through a combination of interactive online classes, rich media coursework, and collaborative social connections with peers and faculty, students hone their decision-making skills and learn to use analytic tools to drive positive outcomes for businesses.
Educating Data-Driven Business Leaders
BusinessAnalytics@Syracuse takes an action-oriented approach to developing and supporting skilled data analysts. The curriculum develops an interdisciplinary understanding of the applications of analytics to the fields of accounting, finance, marketing, and supply chain management by using techniques for data collection, data visualization, statistical and pattern analysis, and data mining. Required courses include Data Analysis and Decision Making, Business Analytics, Accounting Analytics, Financial Services Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Principles of Management Science.
In addition to core business analytics concepts, students will have the opportunity to customize their degree program by selecting from a wealth of available elective courses such as Corporate Finance and Policy Strategy, Financial Statement Analysis, Marketing Research, Investment Analysis, and Strategic Brand Management.

To be considered forBusinessAnalytics@Syracuse, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a regionally accredited college or university and have a minimum of one year of work experience. All applicants must complete the following:

GMAT Waiver Policy
Applicants with five or more years of professional experience may be considered for GMAT waivers.
